  • Costs

    Contact us for our current fees. Generally, residential real estate transactions are done for flat fees. We believe in transparency and will tell you upfront about every cost so you have an accurate and comprehensive understanding.

  • Process

    Our involvement usually begins when there is an accepted Offer to Purchase. We review the Purchase & Sale Agreement, confirm that the title to the property is clear and coordinate with you and the lender (if you're doing a mortgage) to make the closing as smooth as possible. After the closing, we follow up to be certain that any prior liens, such as a seller's mortgage, are properly paid off and discharged.

  • Title Insurance

    We can explain title insurance to you. Lenders will require that you purchase a title insurance policy that protects them. Typically, we will also arrange for an owner's title insurance policy that protects you. Ask us and we can explain why it is important and what it costs.
